Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. You can find your order details by logging into your customer account https://account.howleyusa.com
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it- unworn, unused and with tags. Original Order Number is required. Note that if these conditions are not met, we will not accept a return.
Returns
To start a return, you can contact us at customer_service@howleyusa.com or initiate a self serve return directly through our website (via Shop or similar). Please note that you are responsible for a flat rate $5.00 for return shipping. There are no restocking fees. We will issue you a return label and deduct the shipping charge.
Exchanges
To start an exchange please contact us at customer_service@howleyusa.com, letting us know the hat(s) you are returning and the desired replacement(s). For exchanges, we split shipping, you paying $5 for return shipping, and we will send your replacement hat at our cost. There are no restocking fees. We will issue you a return instructions and ship out your replacement immediately upon receipt of your returned product.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including hats from our Custom shop and any other custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
