What is Covered:

Our Lifetime Guarantee applies to you, the original purchaser of our products.  It covers any defects or breakage in the hat assembly under normal use for all of your days on this beautiful earth.  

How are you covered:

You must enter your customer information into our webstore customer database.  If you purchased your hat online, this step is automatic.  If you purchased this hat at retail, please create a simple customer account with name and contact info on this website (HowleyUSA.com).    This can be found in the upper right if you are on a computer and in the top left side drop down menu ("Log In") if you are on a mobile device. 

Creating a customer account will not automatically sign you up for any communications from us.  If you'd like to get our very occassional emails about new styles and offers, please add your email address to the sign up on the bottom of the homepage.  

What is Not Covered:

This guarantee does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper care.
  • Cuts or slashes in the fabric.
  • Normal wear and aging, including fading, stains, or natural breakdown of materials over extended time.
  • Third-party alterations or unauthorized repairs.

How to Make a Claim:

If you believe your product has an issue covered by our Lifetime Guarantee:

  1. Contact our Customer Support Team at customer_service@howleyusa.com.
  2. Provide a description of the defect, and some photos of the issue.

Remedies:

At our discretion, we will repair, replace, or offer a store credit for the product. Replacement products may vary in style or color from the original.

Additional Information:

  • This guarantee is valid only for purchases made directly from our online store or authorized retailers.
  • This guarantee is not provided on factory seconds.
  • This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under consumer laws.
